The “40 Days To A Personal Revolution” program is based on Baron Baptiste’s best selling book and is designed for both beginning and experienced students. During the six-week program you will align your mind with Baron’s Laws of Transformation, and you will see your personal transformation happen naturally. We invite you to dedicate 40 days to your physical and mental health and challenge yourself in ways you never knew you could. You will lose weight if you need to, become less reactive and more calm, get in better shape physically, drop bad habits, eliminate negative thinking, reduce your stress level, develop a positive attitude, and shine from inside out. Through daily yoga, meditation and optimal nutrition choices, you will uncover the blocks that hold you back from achieving all that you want in life. Program Details
• 6 weeks unlimited yoga classes
• Daily food, yoga and meditation log
• Lose excess body fat and pounds while gaining strength & flexibility

• Private weekly seminars on Tuesdays at 8pm
• Optional journaling (recommended after meditation and practice)

• 4-5 days of studio Power Flow Yoga per week
• 1-2 day(s) of home practice per week
• Daily meditation practices
