Our Studio
At YogaSport, we teach yoga to normal people who want to add fun, discipline and athleticism to their lives. We are one of less than 25 Baptiste Affiliate Studios in the World. Our instructors guide you through each class, assisting and adjusting you to learn poses and safely understand your body in the process. Every posture is demanding yet accessible to both the beginner and advanced student. The YogaSport method offers more than the familiar poses and breathing techniques; it offers a way to face life with a renewed personal strength and helps you improve the quality of your life both on and off your mat.
Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga (BPVY) is not the equivalent of a yoga vacation. A Baptiste class asks you to be both inspired and inspirational, to come face to face with your mind and body, to be amazed, and to grow. We, as teachers, see students do the "impossible" every day. At our studio, you don't need permission to be incredible. Practicing BPVY teaches you how to be responsible for yourself and arrive at greatness.
